Neighbourhood restaurants,
done with care.

Small group. Different places. All yours.

A long wooden table laid for friends - blistered tomatoes on labneh, charred grain salad, tomato salsa, avocado dip, candles burning low, deep purple lisianthus.

We build neighbourhood restaurants inspired by warmth, generosity, and craft. Places that feel familiar, yet special. Places people return to not just for what's on the plate, but for how they feel when they walk through the door.

One opening. More on the way.

Adelia - opening 2026

Paccheri in a blue-rimmed hand-painted bowl on marble - Adelia-embroidered linen napkin, Negroni, focaccia, place setting.

Mamie Collective is the parent of a small group of London restaurants. Each one is its own place - different cuisine, different room, different neighbourhood. What they share is how they're run: with care and respect for the people who walk in and the people who work there.

The Mamie kitchen - hanging aluminium pans, espresso machine, oil portrait of a matriarch on the wall, stainless steel island laid with plates, candle, and a small bowl.
